Target note

Full name: Nectin-4
Nature: Cell adhesion molecule, target of enfortumab vedotin.
Normal expression: Skin, salivary glands, esophagus.
Disease expression: Urothelial carcinoma (high expression), breast, lung and esophageal cancers.
Value: A target validated by an antibody-drug conjugate; radioligand therapy can aim at resistant or pretreated tumors.
Approaches: Miniprotein labeled with ²²⁵Ac (AKY-1189).
Indications explored: Nectin-4-positive solid tumors (phase 1).
Points of caution: Skin and mucosal expression: toxicities to monitor.
